Since she joined the Maldives Marine Research Institute, she has been interested in learning more about the ocean and was fascinated by how much there is still left undiscovered. Although she hadn't studied Marine Science, she was keen on understanding the world under the sea, and this workshop was a doorway that initiated this wish.
