Dr. Ibrahim Waheed, a technology management and educational technology specialist, has demonstrated his leadership capabilities by leading the IT department in various government organizations, including Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital and Maldives Immigration. His role in providing digital solutions for public service has been pivotal. With over five years of extensive experience in IT project management and more than 12 years of academic experience in leadership positions, Dr. Waheed's unwavering commitment to his field keeps him at the forefront of digital transformation and development. He holds a PhD in Technology, a testament to his expertise.

Haleem holds a degree in Business Computing with a specialization in eMarketing, complemented by a master’s degree in information technology. His career in the government began in 2001. He possesses experience in systems rollout, decentralization of services, and communications. This expertise was honed during his impactful tenure at the Ministry of Economic Development. In 2015, Haleem joined the National Center for Information Technology (NCIT), He was entrusted to lead the organization as the responsible officer. in 2018. His linguistic proficiency is matched by his adept use of diverse design software, making his contribution to the communications and other facets of the project truly invaluable.

Miss Shama Ahmed Rasheed is an accomplished procurement specialist with extensive experience in government and state-owned organizations procurement regulations. She has played a pivotal role in procurement for the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment, and Energy. With over 12 years of expertise in the procurement field, Miss Shama’s unwavering commitment keeps her at the forefront of this field. She holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Ms. Ahlam Abdul Sattar serves as a Financial Management Specialist for the DMADD project, overseeing the project's financial management functions and ensuring efficient execution and regulatory compliance. She embarked on her public service career in 2004 and has concentrated on financial management since 2010, acquiring extensive experience in overseeing public sector investment projects and various donor-funded projects. Ms Ahlam holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration, underscoring her qualifications for the role.

Fathmath Shafa Hussain is the Project Officer for the D'MADD project, responsible for supporting the PMU in administrative, procurement, and financial functions, ensuring the project's effective operational management and compliance with the regulations of the Government of Maldives. With over 10 years of experience in government service, she has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing procurement processes, providing quality assurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance in various government projects. Shafa holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is pursuing a Master of Project Management.

Hawwa Sana, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), has built a robust skill set in financial analysis, risk management, and compliance. With 10 years of experience in auditing and banking, she has demonstrated her expertise in financial management through her work at the State Bank of India, Auditor General's Office and her current role at the Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO). Her dedication to her profession and her extensive experience in both the public and private sectors underline her strong capabilities in financial oversight and strategic development. Sana's commitment to excellence in the financial domain positions her as a key player in the industry.

Fathimath Samha is a consultant at the Communication Authority of Maldives with over 15 years of experience in the IT field. She served as a Senior Computer Programmer at the Ministry of Health from 2012 to 2024, where she supervised and coordinated the work of the Information Technology Division as Head of the Network, Troubleshooting, and Hardware Section. During her tenure at the Ministry of Health, she oversaw various IT projects, supervised and monitored the IT helpdesk service, developed ICT policies and procedures, and evaluated ICT equipment during the procurement process.

Fathimath Samha has completed a Master’s in Project Management and holds a BSc in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking.

Muaz Adnan works as a freelance Environmental and Social Specialist for Digital Maldives for Adaptation, Decentralization and Diversification (DMADD) Project. He is a graduate of Imperial College London in Environment Technology and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia.

With over 10 years of work experience, he has worked with many Maldivian Government, UN and other international agencies, including UNDP, United Nations (New York) and Asian Development Bank. His field of expertise is mostly development programming and project management, infrastructure project implementation, environmental consultancy services and urban planning.
