Welcome to the Digital Maldives for Adaptation, Decentralization and Diversification (D’MADD) Project. Our mission is to assist the Maldives in its journey towards digital transformation. We strive to foster a conducive environment for the digital economy, enhance identification processes for both in-person and remote services, and utilize data and analytics to promote green, resilient, and inclusive development.
The project is generously funded by a grant from the World Bank and executed by the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (MoCCEE). We are proud to collaborate with key stakeholders such as the National Centre for Information Technology (NCIT), the Communications Authority of Maldives (CAM), and the Department of National Registration (DNR).
