Component 4: Project management and implementation support

This component will support the Project Management Unit’s (PMU) human and operating capacity by financing staffing in key areas, such as project coordination, financial management, monitoring, and evaluation, and select stakeholder engagement and communications activities. Specific activities to be financed include: (i) operating costs (incremental costs associated with managing the project) and capacity building; (ii) monitoring and evaluation including data collection and analysis; and (iii) stakeholder engagement including civil society organizations and outreach with a focus on activities not already covered under subcomponents 2.2 and 2.3.
