The Government of Maldives (GoM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Maldives for Adaptation, Decentralization and Diversification (D’MADD) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward eligible payments under the contract for Development and Implementation of a Fixed Broadband Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) Monitoring System, advertised on 22nd July 2026 under Iulaan No. 10-DMADD/10/2026/41.
The deadline for submission of Proposals has been extended to 21st September 2026 at 1100hrs.
All other terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids and the Bidding Documents remain unchanged.
