REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Time Extension New

The Government of Maldives (GoM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the funding of the Digital Maldives for Adaptation, Decentralization and Diversification (D’MADD) Project (P177040), which aims to support the Maldives in its digital transformation. The Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology (MoHST), as the implementing agency for the project, refers to the invitation to participate in a Proof of Concept (PoC) for SD-WAN Implementation – Expansion of the Maldives National Computer Network (NCN).
Please be informed that the deadline for submission of proposals has been further extended, and the new deadline is 10th September 2025 at 1000hrs. The timeline of the original advertisement and subsequent amendments is provided below for reference:

All requests for clarification of the Terms of Reference (ToR) must be submitted in writing to the Client and received no later than 1st September 2025, 1000 hrs.
All other terms and conditions of the original advertisement remain unchanged.
